Wondering about pumping

Greetings.<br><br>I'm interested in pumping but I have a few questions first. Do most of you dedicated pumpers do it because of the size increase or the sensation or both? Are the size gains permanent? I've heard horror stories of guys rupturing the corpus cavernosum and having surgery to try and correct the "blow out." Is there nerve damage or altered sensation or can that be avoided? I see some pics have water in the cylinder and others don't. What's the difference? <br><br>There are many scary stories out there but I figured I'd come to the source. I realize you folks probably wouldn't be willing to share any bad experiences but I hope you'd be honest about any instances you've heard about. I guess I'm tired of staring at my little 4" dick so any increase would be welcome. Thanks.<br><br>One more thing...why are all the pics in the forums deleted?
