How long does everyone pump for. I try and pump as long as possible with 15 minute intervals to allow blood to flow. I get really good results doing it this way. Up to 3 to 4 hours once or twice a week. Then I like to wear a cock and ball ring to keep the bloating. Keeps my bulge massive.
