Hello I have been pumping my cock since last Monday. I started at 12 minutes twice a day at 4hg. I bought my pump and cylinder from thickwall. They said to start 12 minutes twice a day at 0.2hg but I don't feel anything. Plus they tell me not to go over 10 hg with a vacuum pump. My cock is 7 inches. Would like to make it bigger in size.
I would like to know more about pumping. How long should I do it and put it at what pressure ? Plus how many times a day?

You have to ease into it. You wouldn't just jump into an ice water bath, would you? Easy does it. Read around the forums. There are plenty of answers and pumping motivation as well.
The short answer.....heat your penis and such with a warm shower, bath, or heating pad for 10 min.
Do some light stretching and jelq to get it loosened up and ready to expand and lengthen. Slide into pump tube, with erect penis and squeeze pump to start a vacuum. Leave it for 5 min. Remove and shake penis to get blood moving again. Enter tube erect and pull another vac at 3-4hg. For 5 more minutes. Then finish with more shaking.
Tomorrow do it again for... For a week. Then add HG to 5 for 5 minute. For a week. Don't go over 5hg. You have a great color on your penis. Going to high will cause it to turn purple.
