I need an electric pump that can hold 25mmhg exactly and constant. The pump doesn't need to do anything else.
Is there a cheaper option than a ~500$ beast machine pulsing 15" in arbitrary waveform patterns and shit ?

According to my calculations, that's about 1-inchHg. A converted aquarium pump should be able to do that without a problem. You'll need a valve in order to regulate the pressure. After going through all sorts of various valves, I've found that a brass needle pump works best without leaking. Do you have a gauge?
If you're looking for something that you can set and forget, it's probably not going to be as cheap as an aquarium pump with a valve.

It’s the pleasure of the pressure...
