Danish pumper, looking for advice

Hey guys, new to this forum so would like to say hello.

Although, I have been pumping a little over the last few years - cock pumping - I'm no "tube pro" the way a lot of you guys in here seem to be. For one thing I've never gotten into a regular pumping routine.

At the moment, I have two tubes; a 2", flanged Thickwall and a 2.25", flared MrB. After some time in the tube, one of the major difficulties I always end up experiencing is my cock getting sore, swollen and spongy

As a more or less newbie pumper how much vacuum (in Hg) should I use and for how long do you think it's advisable for me to stay in the tube?

I'm kinda new to it too. Only you can answer your own questions here with more experience and time. Each body is gonna respond so singularly, it's somewhat hard to give advice regarding pressure and time spent. Build it up with patience and common sense. Trial and error and listen to your body.
