Foreskin
Hello, i've been pumping for approx. 5 yrs. Now and i've noticed my fores nkin is much. Longer now any one else notice this ?

Yes my foreskin gets longer the longer I pump.

Yes pumping does help, but I'm using a dtr extender or a myskinclamp too. I usually sleep with one on and take it off after a couple of hours when it starts to hurt a bit. It's a slow process, but my foreskin now covers part of my glans. I keep a silicon cap over it all, all day and my orgasms are incredible like they were about 50 years ago. Keep at it, it's awesome!!
