It stopped working a while ago and now there's not even a Chat button. I submitted a trouble ticket but I haven't gotten any response.

They told me that the chat client they were using went out of business and that they are searching for another option. That was about a week ago now!

I really wish that the PumpPig folks would honestly communicate what the problem is. I loved the site (almost s much as I love this one), and I hate to contradict what they reportedly told others, but...
They used 123 FlashChat software for the chat room, if I recall. The developers of this software have a site and it's up and running: http://www.123flashchat.com
