pink, from what I understand, the longer one pumps -- whether one is pumping cock, balls, clit, nipples, etc. -- the more one will tend to see longer-lasting results.  For example, there's a cock pumper on this board named Mike who's been pumping his johnson for 8 years, and he's reported phenomenal permanent results.

something I have done is after pumping  not wearing a bra to press the nipples back in.. letting them rub against the shirt while errect is awesone feeling..  but if I have to wear a bra I have bought some that were sheer material ..If I couldn't find any I would buy one with the padded cups and cut the padding out..that way if they started getting aroused the material was thin to let them stick out..Hubby like that part most of all. Most of all try not wearing a bra around the house..
