What´s the best way to pump? I don´t want to have just a general oedema, rather a fat and heavy, bloodfilled cock. I haven´t the goal to achieve a larger penis (I´m nearly 20 centimeters anyway) but I love to experiment and are glad to receive advice. Is it meaningful to have a low pressure over a long duration or does it just come to a "standstill" regardless of the timefactor?
