Is there any way to just pump the base of my penis?

I'm interested in the opposite of what most guys are looking for. I don't want a bigger glans, I just want a thicker base to even out the proportions of my cock. Anyone have any ideas how to do this?

I have used the OVAL Cock Pump Cylinder and is great since is more anatomical correct. I get more width at the base than the regular round cylinder.

Well, it seems as though the glans would still be enlarged as well. I bought a regular cock pump, but am not too stoked to use it as my cock angles up so it's really uncomfortable since my glans hits the top of the cylinder. I wish someone would make a girth pump that goes from the base of the penis to about midway up the cock. They could offer like 3", 4" and 5" lengths for different cock sizes.

Use a bicycle inner tube the diameter of your cock.fold one end and glue it shut with the tube repair kit.make it just long enough to go down to where you want to start to enlarge the base.Also use a larger diameter tube so you wont hit top of tube.if you could grind an angle on opening so you can pump with tube in more upright position to avoid head hitting tube.
