This is a flared 2 3/4" from Boston Pump. If I'm getting big, I'll use it without the sleeve under light pressure. I also have a Pumptoys Vel-Seal that works with it. I do not pack it fully very often because I tend to get a really pronounced "S-Curve" from it.

To give a real good judgement, they should be 4x bigger

I think I need to shave before my next session.
If I'm going to pump I may as well go for a full pack of my 4" and then stuff my cock into a 2 3/4" - much easier to accomplish when smooth.
It's just hard to conceal that much dick and balls... I don't need my neighbors and co-workers seeing my massive bulge - so I have to take the next day off, almost.

I really love to get the tube pressure to 5-7hg and then to hit poppers carefully so as not to overdue it.
I don't like to get my package bigger than a 5 lb roasting chicken.
