thick walled vs. standard

After pumping for 3yrs now I'm  considering gettin a thick walled cylinder thru Boston Pump which has the best equipment around<br>in my opinion.  Does the thick wall really help with permanent lenghthening of the penis?  Or does it just feel better while pumping than the standard cylinder. Also I might be interested in  purchasing a 2nd hand thickwalled 2"x9"

Hi Jock,<br><br>A thickwalled cylinder digs in better around the base of the cock, or around the whole basket if you're doing cock and balls together. This gives you a better seal, but also drives more length. For a beginner, it would be less comfortable than a flared tube (feels too aggressive).
