Jelqing before pumping?

I was considering Jelqing before I pump but I have read where you can't be fully hard when you Jelq. Is this true or can you be fully erect? <br><br>I have a hard time staying semi hard. I was thinking of getting a Jelqing device but I am just not sure.<br><br>Any thoughts?

No you may damage some veine and the tissues. 40 to 60% erect.<br>Cheers
