I sent the diagram to you privately, since the links in it all go to French sites.

Here's a much cheaper and easier solution to regulate the pressure of your converted aquarium pump. All you need is an aquarium flow control valve and a "T" coupling. Amazon has the valves in sets of five for about $5, but your local aquarium store should have them in smaller sets of one or two. Here they are on Amazon.

Here are the "T" couplings. Again, check your local aquarium store.

The diagram below shows the setup. Here are the steps:

1. Determine your desired location of the valve in the line that already connects your aquarium pump and cylinder. It should be close enough to reach while pumping.
2. Cut that tubing at that point.
3. Cut off a 2 inch long piece of this tubing.
4. Assemble the short piece of tubing, the "T" and the valve as shown.
5. Connect both ends of the cut tubing to the valve assembly.

I've found that using valves in a "T" configuration (as shown) works better than having both ends of the valve being connected with tubing.
