Hey everyone... Juiced guy here looking to do some expanding... Plan to do a monster pump session tonight...

With so much talk off epsom salt or sugar water, what is your take on what method gets the best results?
I typically like to drink "super-pump" prior to my session... Anyone else try? What are your findings?
Look forward to hearing from you all...

Nice bulge! Just wondering, if juicing helps to stretch/regrow skin?
beginning at 4.5 girth, working toward having an unpumped girth of 6-6.5
