Information on ED erectile dysfuntion:

I don't endorse this product but alot of info at this site:
http://www.raysahelian.com/erectiledysfunction.html

and more medical sites to be added, along with what I'm finding that works/helps for me.
I've tried various herbs/herbal blends/vits/minerals but didn't follow thru with them. I know they TAKE TIME to work.
I order generic Viagra/Sildenafil from a pharmacy from India. I get 60ct. of 100 mg for $99 , 90ct. of 100mg for $135, and they help and I always take Arginine with it. If you can afford them, the Viagra, non generic is better.

HERBS, etc: some I've never heard of:
Ashwagandha,
Catuaba,
Cnidium,
Herba Cistanche,
Horny Goat Weed,
Maca,
Muira Puama,
Tribulus Terrestris,
Yohimbe,
DHEA,
Choline,
Rhodiola,
Cistanches,
Coleus
Forskohlii,
Damiana,
DMAE,
Jujube,
Mucuna Pruriens,
Suma,
Rehmannia,
Shilajit,
TMG,

Key Ingredients in Semen Producing Herbal blends:

L-Arginine: High dosage of L-Arginine for maximum levels of Nitric Oxide, which is scientifically linked to enhanced sexual performance by allowing improved muscle contractions and optimized erections, which may also enhance seminal emissions.
Epimedium Sagittatum: Studies indicate Epimedium stimulates sensory nerves, particularly in the genital region. Also, studies conducted with animals and humans suggest goat weed enhances sperm production and influences desire and sexual activity.
MACA: "The Lepidium Meyenii root invigorates spermatogenesis in male’s. Promotes the formation of sperm, therefore, it may enhance sperm count and motility as suggested by research.
Tribulus Terrestris: Greatly supports the endogenous production of testosterone and sperm which may help to improve fertility and motility.
CATUABA, Juniperus brasiliensis: Native to the Brazilian rainforest, Catuaba has been shown to support sperm production.
Pumpkin Seed Extract: Known for its ability to counteract free DHT therefore supporting Prostate heath, sperm and seminal fluid overall quality
Zinc & Magnesium Oxide: The two main constituents of sperm, the raw materials for the production of sperm and essential for sperm health and motility.
HAI Amino Acid Extract: (from Sea Algae): Japanese seaweed has been clinically shown to promote sperm count, sperm motility and semen production within 4 months without affecting hormone levels.

Erectile Dysfunction and Alcohol

Problem drinking may dampen both a man's sex life and his chances of having children. Researchers found that men being treated for alcoholism had lower testosterone levels and more sperm abnormalities than non-drinkers did. They also had a far higher rate of erectile dysfunction (ED) - 71 percent, versus 7 percent of abstainers.
Chronic Alcoholics with long term drinking complications had a higher than 71 percent (93 percent) erectile dysfunction.
