Erection aide question?

I saw an ad for a erection aid that uses a rod put in the ass to stimulate the prostate. It's a pretty small rod, smaller than a finger I think and

uses some kind of vibration to stimulate the prostate area and this is supposed to cause a raging hard on.....I do apologize I don't know the

name of the thing, but I was more interested in, "Is it conceivable that a vibrator stimulating the prostate would have anything to do with the

dick getting hard.....where my knowledgable medical brothas?
