Not officially.
You could make one out of a sheet of silicon, but it’s easier and cheaper to just buy the replacement occasionally.

I have a few other tips in this thread..

I found some on eBay but it is expensive and with no way of determining it’s density I wouldn’t know what thickness to buy for adequate compression. Let us know what you learn!

I have bought a sheet of gasket material from an auto parts store that worked for years. You cut to fit and apply silicon to one side.

You would need a silicone that is around 10 durometer to be squishy enough to work. Cutting the silicone is the hard part. An exacto blade and a template will work well.

Emailed pump toys asking if they thought of making a better monster tube gasket. I got no reply but read in another thread they are real busy/ spread thin on staff.

I made one by tracing out the shape on a sheet of 1/8" plexiglass. Cut it out with a fine tooth jigsaw, taped over one side then used a trowel to spread normal bathroom silicone caulking into it. Super strong and resistant to lubes...haven't had any problems with in years...
