Hey everyone, I have a 2 stage cylinder it's a really basic one but there is a crack in the acrylic where it meets what I am assuming to be plastic. Is there some sort of epoxy I should use?
Willing to provide pics if needed.

I would recommend to do the repair as shown in the sketch. Note that this is just a suggestion. I'm not responsible for any mistakes you'll possibly make during the repair or if the repair attempt is not successful. If you grind acrylic glas, especially with an electric grinder, or use acrylic glue, always wear eyeprotection!
I hope i could help you. Good luck!!!

Depending on how bad the crack is, you can use CA glue to fill it.
Spread a small layer of this:

on the crack then use light vacuum for a few seconds to pull it into the crack.
Let it set for 20 minutes, repeat if there is still air getting in.
Cheers!

Thank you for the help guys! I went to my local Home Depot, and bought a sandpaper wedge as well as a stick of epoxy putty. It makes the cylinder look horrible, but if it keeps a vacuum I am not going to complain.
