Hey thanks. Sessions are quite long maybe 4 hours total. I've only gotten that big a few times it's getting easier and I can stay in for up to an hour at a time now. I don't have a gauge ,but it is very low pressures. All I can say is PATIENCE, to get these results it has to be a long session and you cannot rush it!
