When i started pumping, my sac would inflate then just gradually shrink in size, now I have noticed over the past couple of years that when i pump both cock and balls in my homemade stj, my balls will get very large while in the stj. They decrease in size after i come out of the tube and my sac seems to receive the fluid that was in my balls. So i stay about the same size, but just get there in a different way. Does this happen to anyone else?

Yes, that is normal.
Especially if you are not extra hydrated.
