Hi, My suggestion is to just enjoy it and take it slow, I have gotten over excited wanting to see quick results from the monster and ended up with blisters and that no fun, not the fault of the monster, just me using to much pressure hoping to see fast results.

It was a very expensive tube ! But its very comfortable for very long sessions!

The monster tubes are the finest cylinders available for massive growth. I highly recommend pumping dry, with an initial coating of an antibiotic ointment (polysporin) massaged into the skin before entering the cylinder. Pump at a firm pressure for 30 minute sessions, come out of the tube, massage and stretch for 15 minutes, then go back in for another 30 minutes well lubed with a shea butter cream or lotion. Repeat this discipline for up to 3 hours for massive results and firm natural tear drop sac and balls. I recommend daily sessions, but every other day at least when possible.
