Where can I get a 4" cylinder in the States?? Anybody know?

Pumptoys has a cylinder that they call the "Long Johnny" that's 4 inches in diameter. It comes with a really nice cushion to make pumping for longer times more comfortable.

I found a 4 1/2" contoured cylinder at Boston Pump. I think I will get it.
