2. Put your tubes into warm water for 10 minutes prior to pumping. There is nothing as great as starting off in a warm tube.
3. Shave your PUBIC hair at least 1" above your pelvic bone to allow a clear tight seal.
4. Use an ointment like NEOSPORENE as your first layer next to your skin. You can then put others.
5. It is best to use an antibacterial lotion or cream after every pump session.
6. Clean plastic tubing by soaking in hot water and dishwashing liquid. Drape over shower head to drain and dry.
7. Use a weight belt or back supporter to keep your lower back warm.
8. Before you start, go to the sink and run warm water on your entire GROIN for about 5-10 minutes. We want lots of BLOOD to pump up.
9. During your pump session, keep releasing the pressure at intervals of time. This release is a personal decision but no matter how expert the PUMPER is, do
not over do it.
10. Once you can fill your PENIS tube SOLID, get a NEW one. It is this type of pressure that forces the liquid to the HEAD causing BLISTERS. A bad blister can put you out for 3 months easy.
11. Find a comfortable chair with a high support for your back. You can use a heating pad, but keep it low and rotate it.
12. Use pornography to fuel the session and keep you stimulated.
13. Document your sessions with photos and save to file.

Hey,
Thank you for this.
You listed some things I didn't think about or know.

Re: Best Practices
Why the hell would you use Neosporene and an antibacterial lotion. Unrestricted use of antibacterial agents has brought us to the current medical catastrophe that is occurring with antibiotic resistant bacterial infections. Madness.

No Ricky, I deal with facts, and I attack the proposal, not the person putting it forward. What you are proposing is without any scientific basis, and is actually demonstrably dangerous. Approximately 50% of the cells that make up what you know as your body are in fact bacteria, and the biota mix that exists on the epidermis have an extremely important protective role. Mess with that at your peril.

Can you please quote your sources, or am I engaging in a battle of wits with an unarmed man?

"People should understand that triple antibiotic [ointment] is not almighty, and avoid preventive or excessive use of this ointment," said study author Masahiro Suzuki, a bacteriologist at the Aichi Prefectural Institute of Public Health in Nagoya, Japan.

Antibiotic ointments can also contain oils that could deteriorate seals.
Any water based lube will do. I use liberal amounts of hair conditioner.
Otherwise it's a great list, however, branding part of it as madness isn't helpful either.

I have used the hair conditioner since you suggested it. It is easier to clean up that a lot of lotions.
