Today I vacuum pumped for the first time. It felt wonderful. However, apparently the results are quite temporary for a newbie. Someone let me know if so. Anyway, new here and find it an awesome site. Like all your shots guys.
any pointers would be welcomed.

very hot pump...but get better tube...you will make it bigger in no time

Drink a lot of water and try to stay warm during pumping. The results will follow, but sometimes it needs time...
