blood thinner medication and pumping

Has anyone any experience ? I am wondering if you can continue or you have to stop pumping. I just started on medication and do not want to do any damage.

I'm on Rosuvastatin and small aspirin for more than a year, still playing, no issues.

After a surgery I used Fragmin needles for a while. After Fragmin I ate Marevan...
Couldn´t notice anything... Be carefull anyway. You know your body best og all...
