Vasectomy and ball pumping
Like the title says. I pumped my whole package last weekend. I've only done it a few times. What I notice is my balls get bigger. Not so much the sack. And therefore my vas "knot" does as well. Anyone pump after a vasectomy. Here is a pic...

Had my vasectomy about 18 years ago and have pumped balls with no issues for the last 12 years or so. You're right though, the cauterised end of the vas does swell in proportion with everything else

I had a vasectomy 33 yrs. ago. Been pumping for 10 yrs. and never had a problem.

Same here. Had mine 30 years ago, I haven't even felt for the knot, but the sack gets so big that it doesn't really matter.
