Help! I can't make gains any more

A few weeks ago, I ahd spent the entire week pumping a lot, 2-8 hours every day, which yielded amazing results. Afterwards I took a week break, then started to try and pump again, and ever since I've not been able to grow much, if at all.
coudl this somehow be related to teh marathon of that week? Are there any other possibilities? I'm worried I wont be able to pump any more

I think we all get days like that sometimes. Just make sure you're super hydrated before pumping.

It gets better.
Sometimes it comes easily and sometimes not.
I've often wondered how much the phases of the moon have to do with success.
Get your hydration and get a little salt in your diet.
If you put in an hour and get no results, rest for 6-12 hours and try again.
Also, keep your body core warm.

I pump and I also have chronic hay fever. To treat the hay fever, I take stuff to reduce the inflammation and swelling in my nose. I recently realized that these things also reduce the swelling between my legs.

I avoid ibuprofen as well.
