Just curious if ball pumping increases size of testicles any or is it all sack

Yes. Both.increase in size. What doesn't change much is the suspensory ligament. That can be changed with stretching, which I need to do.
One will reach a size where the bag to balls ratio gets bag heavy but cutting back to short pumps of 15-20 minutes will give them some definition.
I had black olives 10 years ago. They were like hen eggs after several months of not pumping. Presently they are like goose eggs, but since I'm so engorged they can be felt in there, but not seen.
