Help with a n2O dispenser

Hi everyone, im the guy that made the butt inflation with air, check out over here. All its ok, i get out the air in 5 weeks, that was ok couse my wife was away in that time and she never know about my "inflatable adventure". But I want do with N2O, I buy 48 chargers.. yes a lot of fun.. the dispenser too, but i feel that i lost so many gas that get out when the valve is pressed, open. I desassemble the valve and have 2 rubber pieces, that they looks ok. Every dispenser do that? or my dispenser is bad?, any hack to change that valve with another? like a faucet?
