I have been ball pumping now for several months and have kept a regular routine of pumping four times a week. On three of those days I pump for one hour before bed but on the fourth day I pump for 3 hours for the largest gains. I notice soreness in my sack skin after the fourth day and that is why I give it a three day rest before resuming. My goal is to have a larger bag but I don't want to rush the process and damage anything. I started with a mason jar and worked my way through various homemade devices and now I use a monstertube junior.

I'm not pumping so no schedule here.
The first 1-1/2 hours are the most productive for me.
You might cut back on the 3 hour session. Especially if you are feeling sore.
Maybe do 2 shorter sessions spread out over 12-24 hours instead.

Shadarts.....................I've been pumping over 12 years. BUT....I have changed my routine almost every month. Go slow. Pain is BAD !!! Enjoy the pump. I watch lots of porn as I pump and it feels great. Lately I've been able to pump twice a day. I'll do 1 & 1/2 hours in the am and 2 or more in the pm. Low vac pressure for the long pump sets.

I pump twice a day. Morning and evening. But everyone is different and we all respond differently. Find what works for you and stick with it. I agree that pain is not a good thing but be aware that there is likely to be a little soreness, like after a workout. Listen to you body. You're balls will tell you what's working and what is not. They are remarkable organs.
