90 minute session in my STJ

Pulled out my old STJ and got into it for a 90 minute session. Pumped at 3-5Hg with peaks to 10Hg every 10 sesonds the whole time while doing kegels. I was very happy with the results and doing the peaks is a pain in the ass with a hand pump, but well worth it!!! What you think???

I am so happy that you've tried it! Peak pumping is very effective! Just perfect!!

Thanks Tanuki-balls for your input and encouragement. I'm going to set up my electric pump which should be easier to use. I'm planning on pumping tomorrow with my stj filled with warm sugar water and use the Peak Method for 90 minutes. Then go another 90 minutes for comparison. I'll post pics. I can't wait!!!!
