I've been pumping for 6 or 7 years now. I've recently gotten back into it and it seems to be getting easier. I just bought a new seal and I got pretty big in just an hour and a half. I use warm water with a five minute break at half hour intervals. I used to get some bruising but the last couple times there was virtually none. Pump seal really helps there too of course.
