I tried 1 hrs in very warm epsom salt, and 10 min rest for making hydrocels after 10 min again 1 hrs pumping but without water

First hour in warm water with epsom salt.

Epsom salts are the best to get big much faster and maybe stay swollen longer. I have been pumping for ten heady and using Epsom salts for three years

Love Epsom salts - just discovered them a month or so ago and it's amazing how they make me grow big to proportions I've never experienced before

Looking so good Everyone. Been trying Epsom salts myself. Had some success but not huge . I'm wondering if I've got the right amount in I put about a table spoon in the water when I pump in my bullmaster would more be better I wonder ? or less perhaps,

My personal recipe is four tea spoons of epson salt per liter. Great results when I use warm water and the heat pad.

I'm sure everyone has there own routine and the amount of salt to use. For me I use about a cup per gallon of water. It took me almost a year to get the right ratio that is best for me and how my skin reacts to the salt.
By far the most important thing......... (In my opinion that is).............to stay WARM.....not hot, just warm. To hot and you get scolded and then you need to take time off to heal. WARM to a point that is relaxing comfort and soothing to the balls. WARM & EPSOM SALT............SOOO GOOD !!

Major.......in the US you can buy it at any drug store, food store, Walmart ect. The price is cheap here. A 1 pound box is any were from $1.00 to .89 cents.

You generally have to ask someone where it's located in the store. It's not a high-profit item and it's not advertised on TV, so stores tend to put it in the least logical and least visible place. Since it's used for everything from adding to bathwater to adding to fertilizer, don't feel embarrassed to ask.
