I think a few posters here in the past have had hydroceles, so it is possible to get one through pumping (possibly over pumping) but i really doubt its something you'd want.

I do recall someone here mentioning he had it and it gets huge when he pumps

I had a small one when I was 13. After the removal surgery my nuts were the swelled to the size of apples...but only stayed that way for about a week then went down completely after 2 weeks.

Haven't had any effects from pumping so i'll continue for now.

Yes you definitely CAN get a hydrocele from pumping. Very often it happens one at a time. My hydrocele is the size of a softball but I'm not leaning to any side as of yet. O think it will only get larger as time progresses.

Twice, in my bathhouse days, I met guys who had one large hydrocele ball. It was a lot more difficult to have fun with than you might imagine. Plus, I'm not sure these guys wouldn't have traded them things for regular testicles.
