Well, went for a quick hour this morning but it seemed to go on for an hour and a half, ah well.
tube 10, dry sea salts.
Hoping to get an hour a day this week. Not always possible, but it's very quiet at the moment, so should be able to manage an hour at some stage each day. Lower down the tube today than last week and i'm looking to change the routine slightly to see if i can get further down either this tube or tube 11 if i get a bit too fat around the base and i'd like to be into my tube 12 by/on Friday.
After a soak in the bath, tube 12 for around an hour. Not been in this tube for a while but after persevering with tube 10 and occasionally 11 and not getting the results i was i had nothing to lose with 12. As it turns out, 10 and 11 may just be restricting me a bit, although i was hoping sticking to them would help in getting the stretch back on track but seemingly to no avail. After last night though it seems tube 12 is the way to go as the results were much better and more like the results i was getting before i hit the sticky patch a while ago with sore skin.

Hi Bignlow, You look amazing . those various size tube are working so well for you . You think the sea salt is better than epsum salts ?? Sure giving u amazing results . Tim
I've got both but i've tended to use the dry sea salts more as there wasn't any epsom when i went shopping. While the epsom is a good muscle relaxer, the dry sea salts have many more ingredients and specifically says they are good for dry itchy skin which i had at the time so that's why i got those first. The epsom will come into play in a while and i'll see then if there is any difference in using one or the other.

Friday i was in tube 12 again, 2 sessions around 45 mins each with dry sea salts.
back in tube 10 with epsom salts as i type with another 20 mins to go in this session which will end up an hour and seem to be getting well down the tube after being in 12 for most of last week.
After starting in tube 10 early this afternoon i caught the quick release valve on the desk frame and dislodged it in the tube so had to go to tube 11, around an hour again.
Might have to be tomorrow night before i can get back i the tube.
