Saline or vacuum?

I am confused by this forum as we have a seperate section for Saline Inflation and a seperate section for Ball Pumping. It seems that several posts in Ball Pumping involve Saline Injection - I understand that for some the 2 are connected, but it is now very confusing for members (like me) to view posts on Ball Pumping topics and know whether or not the results are from Saline Injection or just vacuum pumping alone. As I am fairly new to pumping both my cock and balls (a few months) it is difficult to know what results can be obtained by vacuum pumping my balls when it is not always specified in member's posts. Since some members have mentioned Saline Injection in their Ball Pumping posts, I'm wondering why it is not posted in the Saline Injection section. Saline Injection is just a bit too extreme for me right now (but mostly because of safety and lack of equipment/knowledge) although I am very thankful for the other member's posts in this subject. Before experimenting with Saline Injection, I would like to be able to see what results can be achieved from vacuum alone - but unless it is specified in the post - I have to assume that it was assisted by Saline.
I would get into Saline Injection if it could be localized to just my cock as I presently do not have a desire to go huge in the sack area - yet! Is anyone aware of any previous posts where members have Injected Saline into their cock and used vacuum to keep the Saline in their cock? How huge can it get?

i think it isnt good to inflate saline in cock. Because the medium saline went between the swelling corpus and skin and separate tehem. If you do pumping, Bodyliquid go al over all in the tissou an the skin of your cock will bi not diskonekt from the ground.
So i do only saline in my sack, never in the Penisshaft, very carfull to prevent seperate from Cockskin / erektile tissue because this is a irreparable injure.
So i have no problems over many jears.
