From last night. Have a variety of jars, but this is my special one. Used to pack it till I had a lot of difficulty getting out. Not so brave about it these days, but you never know. I use a clear aloe vera gel as a lubricant, and drink a fair amount of warm fluids (water, diet drink, light beer, etc). Once I get going for a while, I try and drink some warm water while I'm pumping in the jar. It's almost like you can feel the water going straight to your sac. Do go in the bath and sit in hot water and epsom salts, but haven't been putting water right in the jar lately. The price of a new pump once you get water in the old one is a bit much.
