Been slowing down my pumping from initially 4-5 days of pumping for 1-2 hrs to maybe 1-2 days for 1-2 hrs per week. SInce i never used a commercial pumping equipment before, pumping with vacuum that is up to comfort level in the Jar. Haven't gain much as mention in previous posting so I thought I try to bring up the pressure a little more. Slight discomfort, at times buut when totally unbearably, I would release the vacuum a little, having the pressure slightly higher than my usual comfort level. Was pleasantly surprise at my hour break to notice the gain is almost equal to my effort of a 2 hrs work at comfortable vacuum. tried another hour and managed to gain beyond my previous level.

WOW amazing how you guys can fill up the jar. I am mostly slightly less than mid way up the Jar. Great picts and inspirations guys... Love to see more.
