Saline needed

How fast you take it in depends on how big your needle is.  Bigger needles mean you infuse faster, but then it takes much longer to heal shut before you can pump again.  I always use a little tiny 23 gauge needle and it takes a while to get a liter in but once its in then healing only takes maybe 10 minutes and then you can pump.  <br>Just make sure you're fully healed otherwise you will suck the saline right back out through your injection wound. <br>If you've been pumping for a while then I say start with a liter.  Once your scrotum gets so full that you can't take any more in then end your session, if you haven't used the full liter then just toss it away, since you won't be able to keep it anyway.

I have a question regarding the purchase of saline. On the Chase Union site it states that it is a restricted purchase item yet the Kinky medical site does not. Can any one purchase saline and the needles or do you need medical clearance to get them? ???
