How about silicone migration in the body...?? Happy new year to all off my pumpers and siliconed friends...<br>Please would know what kind of risk . I hear about silicone get cristal and get out the body to. <br>I'm ready to go for my first silicone.<br>He's the needed volume egal as NACL (one liter NACL = one liter silicone for same effect?) thanks for advance at the experimented siliconed members...

I have heard from a siliconed guy that 200 ml silicone = 1000 ml saline. Saline migrates immediately into the body, but silicone should hopefully not migrate anywhere.
