hi tuby...<br><br>I pump about 2-4 times a month...but long when I pump<br>2-6 hrs...no saline ,no water, just good body lotion and beer beer and water,sauna and pump pump , this last session started day1 and 3hrs...next day 6-7 hrs and you saw the results
