do a serch for acrylic tubing. you want cast not extruded. it can be cut with a band saw. using a table saw requires small teeth, not a wood blade!!!!

you can glue (solvent bond, Weld-on 4) a flate end and put a threaded hole for a quick disconect fluid fitting (coulder products). you would have to rout the excess off using a flush cutter or layth. or you could add a rubber stopper with a hole in it to the end. a bead of silicone can act as a seal on the end in contact with your pubis.

if you don't want to see, PVC pipe from home depot will work too.

all this is a bit of work and may be easier to buy one it you don't have a shop.

Re: Pumpin tubes
www.usplastic.com

they also sell circular caps you can put at the end of your new tube, as well as the common types of quick release attachments found on tubes. All you'd need is a way to tap the thread of the end cap and you could put yourself in business.

Also take it from me, you want the thicker material for a 'thickwall' tube, much more comfortable than a flared base and way way way way way easier to make.
