also ich bewundere euch ja 8)
irre wie manche es schaffen ihre säcke lang zu ziehen :o

ich versuche auch schon seit einiger zeit meinen sack etwas länger zu bekommen, aber irgendwie will das nicht so recht klappen, dass es dauerhaft ist :(

konnte mich zwar in der zwischenzeit ein wenig steigern, (um einen split collar) aber viel mehr scheint nicht zu gehen :?
an manchen tagen bringe ich auch den ring gar nicht drauf :( :cry: irgendwie scheint der sack, bzw. die haut dann dicker zu sein als sonst :?

ich verwende hauptsächlich split collars aus edelstahl, weil die am angenehmsten für längere zeit zu tragen sind, wie ich finde, spiele aber auch mit seilen und gewichten, sowie den ringen aus dem baumarkt herum.

wer will, kann mich ja gerne über yahoo messenger kontaktieren :wink:

JH. Been stretching for about six years, mostly every day one way or another. Usualy alternate stretching with split collars and pumping with a 12"x 2.75" cylinder. Going for length. Have used a two stage in the past just to stretch the sack.
