Nice cut, nice job. Of course you must clamp and cut further down to the remaining hole from your PA-piercing. It will be a nice ending of your meatotomy.

Good job ! You can try to clamp until your PA piercing's hole, and cut.

According to my experience I would take the last cut in one step. Argument - to achieve a clean stright cut so to look nice.
