Hi.
I put another piercing smaller than other in the same hole, and two weeks later you have the hole a bit bigger, perfect to a new piercing.
If you change the small piercing to another a bit bigger every X weeks you can make the hole bigger to place one new piercing some gauges more than the first.

If you gradually increase the size of rings every couple of months or so, you can stretch the opening to very large sizes. It is an ongoing process.
Alternatively, if you have a reasonably sized hole, you can insert a hemostat, clamp for an hour, and then use very sharp surgical scissors to cut the hole larger.
