Curve facing you, insert with penis at a 90-degree angle to you body, as sounds goes deeper you can slowly lower penis toward feet. Never push, use gravity, smaller ones are useless. Use nothing under a 24fr if u can take it to start, use plenty of lube on sound. I like surgilube individual packets. Clean, clean clean, both the sound and the glans and meatus. Latex gloves not a bad idea either.
