It may have been a bit off topic, but that video was intense. I have no idea what is being injected into those balls, but that skewering was fast and brutal. Why not post more of these on XTube? It's fun watching needles go into testicles but equally fun watching them come out, so don't cheap out of the full video, OK?

Looks like medical saline solution that was being injected, and so presumably it was some of that that shot out when the big needle was pulled out. I don't know what happened in that video, but normally the saline is injected or infused into the cavity in the scrotum that surrounds the testicles, and not into the testicles themselves.

Oops! Just noticed you were asking cbtario for an answer. Certainly he is the one to tell you what it felt like, I would have no idea. Even my guess at "painful" might be wrong. The uninitiated always suggest that pushing things into your peehole is painful, I have been doing it for years and do not find it painful at all!

Going for 20mm sounding with clear tubing. Starting at 17 and going up to 20mm. It take time and some pain , but it's worth all of it. Wanting to see how big I can go without any cutting .

Jeremy, injected was 20ml saline in each ball until it really hurts...and beyond . The scewer was a 1.5mm shashlic scewer and when pulled out some clear body fluid from the scrotum was drained out. I presume its the beginning of a hydrocele.

Wikipedia states: "Shashlyk (meaning skewered meat)". How appropriate! In any case, that video was insane (in a good way). I'd be hospitalized if I ever went through something like that.

I'm curious... does a guy work their up to this kind of skewering or is this a one-time experience? I can't imaging coming away unscathed physically by this. Or have I underestimated the power of the body to heal itself?

devodude, syringes cut and scewers expands the tissue. That hurts more but heals much faster . Have been pushing lots of big syringes for a long time into my balls, the scewer was my first experience.

Have you posted pics or videos of these big syringe sessions on other sites? I'd love to see that...

I'd love to try using syringes in my balls, but I'm always afraid it'll turn into some sort of medical emergency for me. Do you think this is something that can be done slowly into one testicle and see "where it goes"? Most sites claim this is a high-risk activity... maybe safer if you know what your doing?

Doesn't skewering qualify as an injury? How long, in general, is the healing process? Are your testicles in pain for days after this? (Sorry, I like to ask a lot of questions from those in-the-know.)
