Kynodesme for foreskin stretching?

Has anyone tried a Kynodesme for foreskin stretching? The kynodesme is Greek in orgin and consists of a string or leather thong that is looped around the tip of the foreskin and pulled up upright and tight against the torso and tied in the back. It looks a super idea, the foreskin is placed under tension by tying the cord around the waist, though I guess the cord could also go around the neck for extra stretch.

Aha! Someone else shares my interest. I think they look very attractive, and as you say they're useful for gently stretching the foreskin at the same time

Hi Auberge, this is really nice!

I have a question: I've only started to wear a kynodesme and it feels wonderful. The only concern I have is that the knot around my akroposthion might cut off its blood supply and that it might die off.

Also, did you notice a significant elongation of your akroposthion after having worn a kynodesme for 2 years?

I have never had a problem but then I use a slip loop and do not tie it off. Also, I do not wear one at night.
