meatotomy experiencies

Hi,
I am interested in meatotomy experience. With only 5 mm left between PA-hole and opened-up urethra, it is tempting to cut these 5 mm. Does anybody of you have experience, how this will effect urination? I am uncut. Are there Germans into meatotomy? Thanks for any comment!

Sorry for my bad English.
I have looked at 47 years Meatotomie itself geschnitten ie I ostium Externa (the urethral opening) at 12 a.m. to 6 p.m. clock had expanded somewhat. Prerequisite is clean and sterile, Hands and penis thoroughly wash and sterilize the intervention agency.

Hi Mark77,

How did you get your hole open that much? Just cutting a little at a time or stretching? It looks really neat, no rough edges! I've been trying to stretch my PA so it eventually meets the urethra and will just cut the last bit. I did that with my frenum and it worked fine. A little blood but not much.

Hey Mark...I've just started and this morning switched my cutting method from a sharp knife to a pair of blunt nosed sissors. The sissors are better as I got a better cut. I'm going to do a little more cutting tomorrow.

I originally cut mine to help get a big penis plug out that got stuck. I used a little benzocaine and a pair of little sharp scissors. I made it bigger using the crush method with some forceps. I also have a PA but it is farther down the shaft the most. I don't think I will ever connect the two openings. I have been tempted to cut it on the top of the glans, but I don't want a split head so I think I will leave it as is. I can get a very large sound in, about 12-14mm. I have had to sit down to pee for a long time. The combination of a meatotomy and a PA causes the stream to go all over the place.

I've had to switch back to using a "blade" as I couldn't take the sissor action/pain anymore . I guess I could have used the "crush and cut" method but I like watching the blood run. I'll send some pictures when I can.

Back to the blade! I cut a little bit more downward this morning before leaving for work. This little cut bled more than normal but finally stopped enough for me to take a shower, put my clothes on and head out to the office. I haven't checked the cut yet as I don't want to open it up and make it bleed again but I'll check it later this afternoon.
I need some advice: I like the feel of the cut and looking at the blood drip but am starting to become afraid that I might want to continue cutting more than just my pee hole and I can't do that in this life...any suggestions?

Not so much a meatotomy as a PA that grew out.

Got up to a 10mm ring but then ran out of skin to hold it in..

My last cut on Thursday morning was down to the frenulum. There was more bleeding this time around but it finally stopped enough for me to go to work; however the cut continued to bleed so I had to keep putting tissues around my dick to keep the blood from soaking through to my slacks. I was checking my work out on Saturday but got carried away by opening the cut too far and I started bleeding again...out came the surgical tape for a quick wrap. I took the tape off Sunday afternoon and no more bleeding. I'll wait a few more days this time around before checking my work out. Maybe I'll take a picture or two to show you my work.
